The Borders Birds of Prey Experiences was set up to give those really interested in the world of Falconry the opportunity to experience the thrill of flying, hawking, and above all, learning about these magnificent Birds of Prey. A combined partnership of two local independant Falconers, located within Jedburgh, together form 20 years experience in different areas of Falconry and Birds of Prey. We guarantee an enjoyable, yet informative, experience. The experiences heald within the Scottish Borders include Hawk Walks (tailored for those that do not want to go as far as hunting for quarry) and Hawking Ventures, to give those interested in the sport of Falconry the chance to fly and hunt for prey with these versitile raptors. Your experiences will be held within carefully selected areas of the un-spoiled Scottish Borders countryside, to which best suits the birds flying techniques whether experiencing a Hawk Walk or Hawking Venture. Hunting ventures with Falcons will be available in 2009.
